I have learned the pitfalls of property management through 18 years of hands on experience. As a landlord myself I understand the importance of being informed on my property.

Having spent several years in the maintenance area of property management gives me a working knowledge of what is required for most maintenance and repairs. Our vendors are licensed and insured to protect out owner’s.

By being up-front with my owner’s and telling them what they need to hear instead of what they want to hear, keeping them informed on the property, and rental market, help insure we maintain a good working relationship.
